Cute alleyway. Downtown lights. Light snowflakes. Combine these three things and you have an instance of pure MAGIC. This quick, impromptu photo session turned into some of my favorite work so far as a photographer.

Have you ever been to Battle Alley? It is such a sweet place with little shops, the Holly Hotel, and it is surrounded by the quaint town of Holly. During a time when Covid-19 is prevalent and indoor dining is closed, there isn’t a whole lot to do in Michigan when it is cold, dark, and there aren’t many places to go.

But, what if we celebrated date night a different way? What if we got all dressed up and (quite literally) went out on the town?! Not only is it fun, but it makes for some beautiful photos, and some lasting memories!
