That energy is woven into everything I create. I don't photograph the small, timid versions of you. I photograph women stepping forward into their becoming - becoming newer and better versions of themselves.

My background story
here have been many seasons in my life that have reshaped me. Seasons that demanded growth. Seasons that asked me to choose who I was becoming. And here's what I know now.

My Favorite Things
My husband and my daughters are literally my favorite people. Becoming a mom was such an identity shift, opening a business was another identity shift. The changes that came with those choices changed ME. We have stood by each other solidly through the last 12 years change after change and it's something that feels so sacred. They've watched me in every season of life and motherhood. I can only hope and pray that they'll remember how much I loved them through their own becoming - even in seasons of my own.
my family
From planting flowers in the Michigan spring to painting and decorating our home, my most favorite thing is to watch the transformation of something. Everything has a season and it always amazes me to watch the world around us change, grow, and shift: a gorgeous Michigan fall; a woman stepping into motherhood; a woman entreprenuer opening her creative business; or a high school senior stepping into the world for the fist time. I love capturing these moments and presenting them as a visual reminder that growth is sacred, and every season deserves to be seen.
